Approach of the Program: ACE-Assessment, Coaching and Exposure
About this program: This program is curated to prepare students for joining Corporates / Organizations by making them go through assessment which is scientifically designed methodology known as LIFO (Life Orientation) this assessment has been taken by over 20 million people across the globe and in india over 20 thousand people.This assessment help them understand thier strenghts and opportunities enabling them to perform better when they join an organiztion.
How it is delivered:
Assessment
Students take this assessment through an online questionnaire, where they answer these question, post answering, Gen AI based system generates a details analysis report at individual level.
Coaching
Post the assessment a master LIFO coach will take a 3 hour coaching session to all students who have taken this assessment, This master coach will help students understand how to read this report, what are their strengths and opportunities. What actions they need to take to improve and based on their strenghts what kind of Jobs / roles they should apply for.
Exposure
Post coaching , a Senior industry Leader(CHRO / CXO), will address the students elaborating them on how they look at various profiles of students before hiring beyond their academic qualification and answer any questions they have.
