These programs focus on helping professionals transform into Individual Excellence elevating their current skills and strengths. Assessment
Professionals take this assessment through an online questionnaire, where they answer these questions, post answering, Gen AI based system generates a details analysis report at individual level.

Live Master Class
Post assessment one day in person leadership master class is organized to help professionals understand their assessment results and introduce leadership enhancement frameworks like: IT (Individual Transformation) and VIBE. These frameworks help them deal with real corporate challenges and excel.

Exposure
During the second part of the master class, a Senior Industry leader(CHRO /CXO), will address the professionals elaboarding them on how they look at various situations and their experiences, also have professionals an opportunity to ask questions
